this is what i am talking about,keep it simple,we need to let people in this country affected by dislocation due to the storms,move these people into the foreclosed property, hud already own property, let's bailout these people. and the social security appeals court.bailout the domestic appropriations.use the earmarks fund from each state to bail out their state.
