Louisiana Cop Tasers Man 9 Times, 3 Times While Handcuffed, Killing Him
It's not because it was a white cop and a black man, it's because the police are trained to be aggressive, militant and to Taser people at will. Racism likely played a role but the real cause is the militarization of our local police forces and their complete disregard to Constitutional limitations on their authority.

So basically what we are being told is that the "right thing" is to blast him with 50, 0000 volts, until he just passes away. That is basically what this guy in the last part of the report just said. It is okay to kill someone if they are unresponsive.
The effects of having that much electricity fed into you at once creates excited delerium, nerve spasms, and muscular seizure. Kind of hard to comply with anything while your body is spasming all over the place. Are they training these guys at all? Or just following the incentives provided many times by the company that makes these things to deploy them as much as possible? I am seeing more and more people DIE from these things. Thanks for posting these. We need to stay informed.
